2. Meade, I’m short my half at $2.3M. I’m with Kate, she’s got hers in El Sur Grande, I have mine in the San G. I guess we should be grateful for what we currently have, but it’s nice to dream. 🙂

3. Yup, sweet all right. Put me down for a 1/10 of 1% interest. OTOH, I already have my sweet spot here in Big Sur, so … I guess I’ll pass.
